* âI was talking to my pastorâ¦ I said I had music that I was working on and he said, ‘I’m a songwriter,’â said Marlon Croasdaile ‘, Minister of Music for the World Embassy International Christian Center (WEICC) in Florida, on how his new single “Connected” arrived at. “I had a track made years ago for the single … it came from a prayer session.”
Initially, the song was to be titled “It’s You”, but after co-writing it with pastor Dr. Andre Golliday, the single’s name changed to “Connected”. “Connected” is produced by Donyea Music and released on November 6, 2021.
“He wrote a Stellar nominated song,” Marlon remarked to me of Pastor Golliday.
Pastor Dr Andre Golliday and his wife Pam Galloway, Ph.D., founded the World Embassy International Christian Center in Florida in 1999. This year they enlisted Croasdaile ‘to be the Minister of Music. Golliday is originally from Michigan and is a singer and songwriter by birth. One of his singles, âWounded Soldierâ, won a Stellar nomination. He has been ordained twice; once by Dr Rod Parsley (World Harvest Ministerial Fellowship) and Bishop IV Hilliard (AIM Fellowship). Pastor AndrÃ©, also an author, received a doctorate in ministry from Friends International Christian University.
âIt’s been several months since we moved to Orlando, Florida,â said Marlon. He also said Pastor Andre is married to his family, so he feels at home at the World Embassy in Florida.

Croasdaile ‘, originally from Brooklyn, began his music ministry journey at the age of 16 when he joined the choir at the church. He then attended Valor Christian College in Ohio with a major in music ministry. While at Valor, he was Music Director of Metro Harvest Outreach Ministry of World Harvest Church. He then attended Trinity Theological Seminary for a BA in Theology. While at Trinity he was a member of the Rugby Deliverance Tabernacle. Somewhere on this trip he married Isabel. He and Isabel eventually returned to Ohio so he could serve as Music Director and Praise & Worship Leader at the Oasis of Love Community Church. A few years later, he was recruited by Dr Andre Golliday to serve as Florida Minister of Music for WEICC.
âIt’s amazing. I’ve learned so much,â Marlon said of being under the leadership of Pastors Andre and Pam Golliday. âI can’t tell you how completely our lives have changed.â
In 2012, Marlon founded Marlon Croasdaile ‘and Triumphant, a Praise & Worship group. He co-produced their first album with Denson Curwen titled “Worth the Wait”. In 2020, Marlon Croasdaile published âConnectedâ, co-authored by Dr Andre Golliday (World Embassy). His education, experience and ministry of music positioned him to leave his mark on the Gospel industry as a Praise & Worship artist.
