“Spotlight is a very exciting personal project for me, and I’m thrilled to be teaming up with DMG Media,” Lisa said.

“Having been in the entertainment business for the past 20 years, it was a beautiful synergy of lifestyle, wellness, entertainment and filmmaking. It made sense, culminating with DMG, that we put together a program that really suited all bills. ‘

Spotlight, which will be available to stream via social media, will also see Lisa chatting with American author, podcast host and empowerment coach Gina DeVee on all things lifestyle and wellness.

Access Hollywood stylist Sam Saboura for all the latest fashion trends, while Box Office producer Gordon Hayden will sit down with Lisa to talk about the movie.

Regarding the decision to broadcast Spotlight via social media, Lisa said, “We all look at our phones now, it all depends on what we can see on social media. What Spotlight does is bring new and interesting content to see.

“There are tons of offers and it’s all for Instagram. Everything is online with interviews and small segments. We quickly get to the heart of it all and don’t tell you nonsense.

The digital series will be sponsored by GLAMDOLL and Dresses.ie, to help deliver the very latest trends in Irish fashion and beauty.

Lisa said Extra.ie: ‘We’ve been very lucky with the guests we’ve had, and obviously I’ve had a really good relationship with GLAMDOLL, which has been an amazing emerging brand.

“We have a long standing relationship and with their tagline ‘Bringing Hollywood Home’ it made sense that they wanted to continue to merge into entertainment, beauty, fashion, theater, film and lifestyle.

“Now we also have Dresses.ie on board, which means we’re incorporating a bit of Irish fashion. Of course, since we’ve been in lockdown there’s nowhere to go and nothing to do … as things start to open up.
